Shipping & Tracking
- Secure Delivery: All parcels are sent tracked. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
Order Processing & Handling
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
